Right of return

According to Ordinance 130/2000 with the amendments brought by Law 51/2003, Law 365/2002, Law 363/2007 and GEO 174/2008 - on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts, the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: in the original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents. The reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within 30 days of return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g., perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or custom items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Digital products that have been delivered by email cannot be returned. However, if the code cannot be activated and it is not due to the customer, the code will either be replaced or the value of the order will be returned. The client must send screenshots of the problem and any error messages. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day warranty period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you after receipt and verification of your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the corresponding amount will be automatically refunded to you using the original payment method, within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the chargeback. If it's been more than 15 business days since we've approved your return, please contact us at office@dinra.ro email.
