  1. Visit the PS5 home screen and click on your avatar in the top right corner
  2. Select Switch User
  3. Click Add User
  4. Click Get Started
  5. Check I agree
  6. Click Confirm.
  7. Enter the email and password received by email when you purchased the game
  8. Click Sign in.
  9. Note: Sometimes a security code is required (because you are signing in from a new device). If so, please contact the seller.
  10. Click Do this later.
  11. Choose your privacy settings and click Apply.
  12. Click Confirm and continue.
  13. Click Confirm and continue again
  14. Click OK.
  15. Click Do this later.
  16. Go to the Game Library, the game will appear there
  17. Select the game and click Download
  18. Now you can return to your main account, wait for the game to download, and play it.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Do not delete your account, this will result in a blocked game and you will no longer be able to play it.
Do not deactivate your account, this will result in a locked game and you will no longer be able to play it.
Changing your PS5, formatting your PS5 or changing your PS5 HDD will result in an unplayable game, sometimes this can be fixed so you can re-download the game, but do so at your own risk. If this happens, please come to Live Chat and we will check your account.
The account can ONLY be activated ON ONE PS5. We are not responsible if you have already activated it on another PS5 before.

  1. Go to settings
  2. Tap on Connection Settings
  3. Tap on User Management
  4. Tap Create User
  5. Press Accept.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Enter the account details received (via email or Live Chat) and click Login.
  8. Note: Sometimes a security code is required (because you are signing in from a new device). If so, please contact the seller.
  9. Press Continue (or equivalent if the account is from the US region!)
  10. Tap Change (or equivalent (Activate as primary) if the account is from the US region!)
  11. Press OK (or equivalent if the account is from the US region!)
  12. Click Continue.
  13. Press continuity
  14. Press continuity
  15. Press OK
  16. Hold down the middle PS button on your controller and tap Switch User
  17. Log in to your new account
  18. Go to the library.
  19. Go to Purchased and start downloading
  20. Hold down the middle PS button on your controller and tap Disconnect from PS4 (see image 15.)
  21. IF THE GAME IS BLOCKED, LOG IN TO OUR ACCOUNT AGAIN -> SETTINGS -> ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT -> ACTIVATE AS MAIN PS4.
