EXPLODING KITTENS pentru Adulti este un joc de petrecere destinat jucatorilor de peste 18 ani. Jucatorii trag carti pana cand cineva trage un pisoi care explodeaza, moment in care sunt morti si sunt in afara jocului. Toate celelalte carti sunt folosite pentru a muta, a atenua sau a evita pisicile care explodeaza.
Aceasta versiune pentru adulti a jocului contine versiunea completa a Exploding Kittens, dar ilustratia de pe fiecare card a fost inlocuita cu un continut prea explicit pentru a fi folosit in jocul standard Exploding Kittens.
Poate fi jucat singur sau combinat cu un alt pachet pentru a gazdui pana la 9 jucatori.
