Instructions for use:
- Lift the lid of the toilet bowl and position your Sitz Bath on top
- Fill the bowl 2/3 with hot water. Attention: the water must be warm, not hot.
- Sit comfortably and enjoy a soothing bath for 10 - 15 minutes.
- At the doctor's recommendation, you can add different essential oils to the water.
